Mr. Glenn Price received his B.A. in Chinese Studies and his M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Illinois. He participated in the American Political Science Association's Congressional Fellowship Program as a Foreign Affairs Fellow, attended Johns Hopkins University's Advanced International Studies Program, and served as the Defense Legislative Assistant to the U.S. Senate President Pro Tempore. He also attended the U.S. Government Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Before joining the Institute, Mr. Price served for 30 years as a senior staff officer and manager in the Department of Defense and the U.S. intelligence community. His expertise includes homeland defense, critical infrastructure protection, information operations, and indications and warning. Mr. Price has lectured extensively at the National Defense University. Mr. Price is a Fellow and oversees the Institute’s Outreach Program.
